Before you buy
Do the plans include different features?
No. The license is not tiered: every Pro plan unlocks every Pro feature — two-factor authentication, IP blocking, the audit log, SMTP, the form builder, maintenance mode and the rest. Plans differ only by the number of sites they cover and by the support that comes with them.
What counts as a site?
Activation registers one site's address, so each activation is one site. A staging copy and its live site are two activations, not one. To move a license, deactivate it on the old site first, then activate it on the new one.
Do I still need the free plugin?
Yes. Pro runs alongside the free plugin and checks that it is active before loading anything. Install the free plugin from WordPress.org, then upload the Pro .zip you receive with your purchase.
Does my license renew automatically?
Yes, once a year at the price then in effect for your plan, unless you cancel first. You can cancel at any time from your account: cancellation takes effect at the end of the term you have already paid for, and there is no fee for it.
How does the 30-day money-back guarantee work?
Write to support within 30 days of your first purchase of a license and we refund it in full, no reason needed. The guarantee covers a first purchase, not a renewal, and a refunded license is deactivated.
What happens if my license expires?
Every Pro feature stops, and the free plugin keeps working in full — your login pages, registration forms and redirects included. Nothing is deleted: settings, audit entries, IP lists and form schemas come back with a valid key. If two-factor authentication was required for a role, that requirement stops being enforced, so renew before expiry rather than after.
Which currency are prices in, and is tax included?
