Installing the plugins
Install the free plugin, then Pro alongside it. Three ways to do it, and the order that matters.

Install
The free plugin first. Plugins → Add New, search for Attributes User Access, install and activate. A User Access entry appears in the admin menu.
Then Pro, if you have it. Pro is not in the plugin directory: you receive a
.zip with your purchase. Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin, choose the file,
install and activate.
- Both plugins appear as Active under Plugins
- User Access is in the admin menu
- With Pro active, the menu gains Form Builder and License
The order matters
Pro checks that the free plugin is active before it loads anything. Activate Pro first and it stays inert until the free plugin joins it — no error, no half-state, just nothing.
If the menu shows no Pro entries after activating Pro, this is the first thing to check.

Both plugins ask for the same versions. Anything more recent is fine.
If you cannot use the uploader
Some hosts disable plugin uploads from the admin. Two ways round it, both of which end in the same place:
Over SFTP. Unzip the plugin locally and copy the resulting folder into
wp-content/plugins/. Keep the folder name the archive gives you. The plugin
then appears under Plugins, ready to activate.
Through your host's file manager. The same operation, from your hosting
control panel — upload the .zip into wp-content/plugins/ and extract it
there.
Copy the folder, not its contents. A plugin whose main file ends up directly in
wp-content/plugins/ will not be detected.
